In 1994, Joan, a famous wife from England, began her career as a voice actor. She voiced a recurring character in the third animated TV series Fantastic Four to make her voice acting debut. Later that year, she provided the voice of a computer for three Iron Man TV episodes.

“We decided to be married after just 24 hours of dating, and while it was a wonderful marriage in many ways after a year I was starting to find him a little monotonous.
She chose to file for divorce from her first husband while she was still married to Stan Lee, her future spouse. Just one hour before she married her second husband, in December 1947, Joan filed for divorce from her first husband.
When they first met, Joan was the girl Stan had been drawing for his entire life.
The husband and wife pair disclosed details about their lengthy marriage and past relationships after 30 years of wedlock. The pair initially crossed paths in 1947. Meanwhile, Stan’s cousin set up a blind date for him; but, when he arrived to see the female, he was met with Joan.

My wife remarked, “Why don’t you do some stories as you would like to do them?” at this point. The worst case scenario would be if you want to quit but he fires you.

Joan Boocock Lee Had An Interest in Interior Design
In an interview, Joan’s husband Lee revealed that he is not bothered to spend much time writing because of his wife, even if they have an engaging love story and he works as a comic book writer. He disclosed that his wife Joan’s passion for the house is to blame. He declared,
She enjoys doing stuff like interior design. I spend so much time writing at home, so she’s the ideal wife for me. I can just picture another lady asking, “Why don’t we ever go anywhere? How about we go on a vacation? You never seem to get me anywhere.

However, Joanie views her home as a toy. She engages in house play. “She can always keep herself busy, which is wonderful for me, so I don’t feel guilty when I’m in my room writing,” the woman said, adding that she could spend her entire life moving furniture.

Jan Lee and Joan Celia Lee were the names of Joan’s two children. In April 1950, Joan Celia, her first daughter, was born in New York City. She will be 72 years old in 2022. She is an actress by trade, having acted in shows including The Ambulance and No Actor Parking. In addition, Joan’s firstborn daughter has provided voice acting for the animated Iron Man series.
Joan Boocock Lee, her daughter, and her spouse are the last surviving members of her family.
Speaking of her second kid Sadly, Jan passed away three days after her 1953 birth. The couple later attempted adoption as well, but they encountered difficulties because they were an interfaith marriage. Thus, they brought up Joan Celia Lee, their lone surviving kid.
What Caused Joan Boocock Lee to Pass Away at the Age of 95?
On July 6, 2017, Joan, the wife of Marvel legend, said goodbye to the world. Following her passing, a family representative notified the media and provided a statement saying,
“I can confirm the sad news that Joan Lee passed away peacefully in her family’s presence this morning,”
She was brought to the hospital in Los Angeles, California, due to a complication following her stroke. Her cherished spouse was by her side as she passed away.
And as of 2022, neither of the husband and wife team is alive. November 12, 2018, the day Joan’s husband Stan passed away at the age of 95, was only a year after Joan.
