Bobbie Jean Carter has died at the age of 41.
The sister of the late pop stars Aaron Carter — who died in November 2022 at the age of 34 — and Leslie Carter as well as Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter, 43, was found dead in Florida on the morning of Saturday, December 23.
Her mother, Jane Carter — whose daughter Leslie died in 2012 at the age of only 25 — is in “shock” at the news and will release a “fuller statement” once she has processed things.
Without giving a cause of death, Jane told TMZ: “I am in shock from learning of the sudden death of my daughter, Bobbie Jean, and I will need time to process the terrible reality of this happening for the third time.

— Pop Crave (@PopCrave) December 23, 2023Bobbie, who worked as a stylist on Aaron’s tours, is also survived by her 8-year-old daughter Bella, but the little one is now left without either parent following the death of her father in recent years.
Jane added: “However deeply a parent feels the loss of a child, the suffering of a young child at the loss of a parent must be much greater. So, I would ask the sympathetic to say a prayer for my precious 8-year-old granddaughter Bella, who previously lost her father and is now also left without her mother.”
It comes after the death of Aaron on November 5, 2022.

In a medical report obtained by Entertainment Tonight this year, it was determined he was “submerged in a bathtub after inhalation of compressed gas and intake of alprazolam”, which is a general form of Xanax.
Meanwhile, Leslie — who released the single Like Wow! in 2001 and went on to appear in her family’s reality show House of Carters — died in 2012 after taking an accidental overdose.
